Located by side of Jalan Bagan Sungai Janggut. 14 mile along Jalan Kapar.
Sitting on the center of the altar is the deity Fa Zhu Gung (法主公). On the left is the deity Guang Ze Zun Wang (廣澤尊王) while on the right is the goddess Tian Hou Niang Niang / Ma Zu (天后娘娘 / 媽祖).
