Qian Gu Miao-Rasah / 千古庙-亚沙.
Location:- Rasah, Seremban-Negeri Sembilan / 亚沙, 芙蓉-森美兰.
This temple is the first Xian Si Shi Ye Temple / 仙四師爺廟 in peninsular malaysia. It is to have known that this temple is establish in 1861.
Upon arrival to this location, we were greated by a huge and beautiful Pai Lou / 牌樓. This temple is resided on the slope of a small hill. It’s surrounding is vast with much space for celebration and festival purposes. It has a huge Goddess of Mercy/ Guan Yin / Guan Yin Pu Sa / 觀音菩薩 statue builded at the center of the ponds along with two island pavilions.
There is three prayers hall at the main temple vicinity. In the hall to the left, the great Sage Tai Shang Lao Jun / 太上老君 along with Lord Guan Di / 關帝 and Cai Shen Ye / 財神爺 is worship on the altar.
At the center hall, worshipped on the main altar is their patron deity Si Shi Ye / 四師爺 and Xian Shi Ye / 仙師爺 (They are known to locals as Shi Ye Gong / 師爺公). The altar is an antique which is also very beautifully crafted.
It is said that Kapitan Shen Meng Li /甲必丹盛明利 or whom he is more commonly known as Kapitan Shin Kap of Sungai Ujong is the Xian Shi Ye / 仙師爺 worshipped in this temple in Malaysia. A stone tablet which is dedicated to him is also erected below the main altar.
And lastly, the hall on the right hand side is solely devoted to the Goddess of Mercy/ Guan Yin / Guan Yin Pu Sa / 觀音菩薩.
On the back of this temple and located at a higher ground, a rare and small shrine here is dedicated to the Dragon King / Long Wang / 龍王. It’s interior wall’s are carefully designed and is painted with beautiful colored scenery as its background.
