Bai He Xian Fa Shi Gong / 白鶴仙法師宫. Pak Hok Sin Fatt Si Kung in Cantonese .
This Temple is located along road 7 off Jalan Panchang Bedena, Sungai Besar, Selangor (沙白安南大港新村).
Sitting in the center of the altar is the deity Lo Han Ji Gong / 羅漢濟公.
It has a painting of Da Bo Gong / Tai Pak Kung (大伯公) in the interior of the building next to the altar. It too has a opera stage next to it. And a shrine on the outside is dedicated to Na Du Gong / 嗱督公.
