This big temple is located on the inner part of the fishing village. It has a stage build in front of it along with a beautiful incense furnace. Everything here sits on a huge cement slab’s which is supported by stilts at the bottom.

The temple is build with two structure, the front structure is where they house their main prayer hall while the other structure behind is unknown to me as the door leading to it is lock.

It’s main prayer hall is wide and big. A one of a kind altar that resemble a cave is build devoted to the worshipped of its patron deities. This altar is known as Xian Fo Dong / 仙佛洞 as suggested by a signage above it.

On this one of a kind altar, three framed drawing of its patron deities is worshipped here.

From left to right, they are known as Huang Lao Xian Shi / 黄老仙師, Da Sheng Fo Zu / 大聖佛祖 And Tai Shang Lao Jun / 太上老君.

Walking along the row of shop houses after breakfast in this small Kukup town, we decided to explore another section of this fishing village.
This section of the village is located opposite of the main road from where we stayed earlier.

Moving inner into this village along the small 4-5feet wide pathway build on stilts, we came upon this temple that has a Na To Gong / 嗱督公 shrine build by its side.

Morning has broken and I’m already craving for a good cup of coffee in this small fishing village. It’s always good to visit local hang out’s to really get an experience on how life is like on this part of the world.

On the way out heading out for breakfast, we came upon this small temple that is devoted to the worshipped of deities of the underworld. Build on stilts, it wasn’t open when we arrived. From knowledge obtain during my travels, temple that is devoted to the deities of underworld would usually only open their door after dusk. Well, we were lucky. Just as we were about to leave, a lady showed up to unlock the premise for us.

A walkabout at night in this small fishing village brought us to this temple with a restaurant nearby. Like most premise here, this temple is build on stilts. It also has a incense furnace build on its front side.

This small and simple looking temple is devoted to its main patron deity Xuan Tian Shang Ti / 玄天上帝. On its main altar, other deities are also worshipped here . Among then are The Tiger riding Zhao Gung Ming / 趙公明, Goddess Guan Yin / Guan Yin Pu Sa / 觀音菩薩, Lord Guan Di / 關帝, Ji Gong Huo Fo / 濟公活佛, Da Bo Gong / 大伯公, Fa Zhu Gong /法主公, etc.

Another smaller altar devoted to its Wu Ye / 5 General / 五爺 is place next to the main altar.

A small shrine is placed in-front of this temple devoted to its Tian Gong / 天公. Uniquely, there is three deities in it. I could be certain that the deity on the center is Yu Huang Da Di / 玉皇大帝 and I guess the other two next to him should be Nan Bei Dou Xing Jun / 南北斗星君.
