Nutmeg Seed
A friend got some nutmeg from Penang. And these is the seed since many haven’t seen it before.
This seed grow on a tree call Myristica fragrans.
Traditionaly, the nutmeg and nutmeg oil were used for illnesses related to the nervous and digestive systems.
